Six years-old and there I was, playing with my dolls and
dressing them up as the bride, the maid of honour, the bridesmaids and the
flower girl. Ten years later, I planned my sweet 16 in a reception hall,
asked my parents to have my invitations match my giveaways and my cake and
pulled off my first huge event. I was 17 when I bought a wedding
organizer book since it was on sale and i just needed to have it! I have always
loved weddings. Whether it be attending them in person, or in the
movies. My bookshelves contain books for leisure, for marketing and
managing money, textbooks from my biology program and wedding books!
In my past and
current job positions, I have gained experience in research, writing reports,
analyzing statistics, designing presentations, creating budgets, and scheduling
a calendar of events. Having earned a Bachelor of Science degree in
Biology, worked as an administrative agent in the hospital, a financial advisor
for a brokerage firm, and a coordinator of an event planning company, I've
learned that prioritization is of key importance! I have been given the
opportunity to learn policies, sharpen my communication and organizational
skills, pay close attention to details and exercise the ability to work with
speed and accuracy. Personally, I’m energetic, enthusiastic and optimistic,
so, combine all of this experience with my work ethic and you have a
well-rounded certified wedding coordinator whom you will be more than satisfied
with, to plan your big day!
